Our server experienced an intermittent failure on 30th of December 2011. The failure caused our server to enter a deadlock and additionally jammed our IPMI-card thus preventing any remote administration.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the downtime.

We will be holding a maintenance downtime on 2011-01-15 due to distro upgrade and kernel upgrades. Exact time of the maintenance will be announced at a later time.

Upcoming downtime on Wednesday (2010-06-09). We will be doing a kernel switch as well as doing some some maintenance work.

Downtime should not last more than 10 minutes if everything goes smoothly.

update: everything did not go quite as smoothly as expected but we are up again :)

You may have experienced some connectivity issues within the last 12 hours.

Initially this was caused by a routing problem. At around 00:50 EET, we started to get massive amounts of UDP traffic from one host (which is now believed to be a DoS).

We are monitoring the situation.
